1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PicoClaw Managed services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CityWideTech LLC provides AI assistant hosting services. We provision, configure, and maintain AI agent instances on dedicated server infrastructure.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are billed monthly at $10.00/month unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days past due.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
Spam, harassment, or abuse
Distribution of malware or harmful content
Activities that compromise server security

5. Limitation of Liability

CityWideTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Material changes to pricing will be communicated 30 days in advance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
